Bringing plant-to-loader communications to a whole new level, LiveLoader provides the loader operator with a real-time dashboard of practical contextual information regarding plant production. All vital production information and statistics are now available inside the cab, in plain sight, and updated in real time.
Current mix and percentages, next mix scheduled, feeders in use, amount of stone needed, levels and no-flow sensors, plus time-to-empty countdowns are displayed. Information is graphically displayed for intuitive understanding at a glance.
LiveLoader is available for Android devices and preferably runs on a ruggedized tablet permanently mounted in the loader cabin.
